You can cancel your automatic renewal at any time — no obligation, no cancellation fees.

How to cancel

1. Go to account.usparkpass.com
2. Log in with the email address you used for your original order
3. Find your subscription and select the option to cancel

Your cancellation takes effect immediately. You won't be charged for any future renewals.

Already charged for an unwanted renewal?

If a renewal shipped before you canceled, you can return the pass when it arrives as long as it's unsigned and within 60 days of the charge. Contact us at [email protected] to start the return.

If the renewal order hasn't shipped yet, contact us and we can cancel it before it goes out.
