Report Damage Immediately
If your America the Beautiful Annual Pass arrives damaged, please contact us right away:

- Include: Your order number
- Include: Clear photos of the damage
What Happens Next
We'll:
- Review your photos and order details
- Confirm that the damage occurred during shipping (not from signing or use)
- Arrange either a replacement pass or full refund, whichever works best for you
Important Notes
Please do not sign the pass until we've resolved the damage claim. A signed pass cannot be returned or exchanged.
