What if I lose my pass or it's stolen?Updated a month ago
Unfortunately, lost or stolen passes cannot be replaced unless you purchased insurance for your order at the time you bought your pass. There is no digital version, and the pass is tied to the physical card.
What Won't Work at the Gate
Receipts, confirmation emails, screenshots, and credit card statements are not accepted for park entry. Only the physical pass with matching photo ID will get you in.
Your Options
- Purchase a new pass from our store or at the park entrance
- Insurance add-on: If you purchased the "Insure Pass Shipment" add-on with your original order, contact us — you may be covered for a replacement
Preventing Loss
We recommend keeping your pass in a consistent, safe location (glove compartment, travel wallet, etc.) so it's always ready when you need it.
