What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated 3 months ago

Package Lost in Transit

If your package appears to be lost:

  1. Contact us with your order number
  2. We'll check the tracking information on our end
  3. If tracking shows no updates for 3+ business days, we'll investigate with the carrier
  4. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll either issue a refund or reship your pass, depending on what works best for you

Package Marked Delivered But Not Received

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. If this happens to you:

  • Check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors
  • Wait 24 hours — it may still arrive
  • Contact your local Post Office with your tracking number — they can check GPS delivery scan location
  • If still missing, contact us and we'll help

Package Arrives Damaged

If your pass arrives damaged:

  1. Contact [email protected] with your order number
  2. Include photos of the damage
  3. We'll review your photos and arrange either a replacement or refund
