How do I cancel my order?Updated 3 months ago

Before Your Order Ships

If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, you can cancel it yourself using your order status page. A link to your order status page was included in your order confirmation email. Simply log in and select the cancel option.

After Your Order Ships

Once your order has been shipped, contact us immediately — but please note that we may not be able to stop the shipment since it's already in transit with the carrier.

If Your Package Has Already Arrived

If your package has already been delivered, you have two options:

  • Refuse delivery: You can refuse to accept the package when it arrives, and the carrier will return it to us
  • Return the pass: Accept the package and follow our standard return policy (60 days, unsigned passes only)
