Step 1: Email Us

Send an email to [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for the return (optional)

Eligibility Check

Before we process your return, please make sure your pass meets these requirements:

  • Unsigned — The pass cannot have been signed
  • Within 60 days of your original purchase date
  • In new condition — No damage or markings

Step 2: Get Return Instructions

We'll reply to your email with return shipping instructions and our mailing address. Please follow these instructions carefully.

Step 3: Ship Your Pass

Pack your pass securely and mail it back to us using the address we provide. You pay for return shipping.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your pass, we'll process your refund. Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear back on your original payment method.
