What Happens Next

We'll:

  1. Review your photos and order details
  2. Confirm that the damage occurred during shipping (not from signing or use)
  3. Arrange either a replacement pass or full refund, whichever works best for you

Important Notes

Please do not sign the pass until we've resolved the damage claim. A signed pass cannot be returned or exchanged.

We stand behind our products and want you to receive a pass in perfect condition. If damage occurred during shipping, we'll make it right.
