Cancel Before Fulfillment

You can cancel your order anytime before it ships using our self-service order status page. A link to this page was included in your order confirmation email. Simply log in and select the cancel option. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Cancel After Order Ships

Once your order has shipped, you cannot cancel it directly. However, you have options:

• Refuse delivery: You can refuse the package when it arrives, and it will be returned to us
• Return the pass: Accept delivery and return the pass using our standard return policy

Standard Return Policy

If you've already received your pass and want to return it, our 60-day return policy applies:

• Pass must be unsigned and in new condition
• You pay for return shipping
• Original shipping fees are not refundable
